We’re located on the ground floor of Dubai Mall, next to Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo.

We’re open every day:
Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Weekends: 10:00 AM – 12:00 Midnight

Our experiences are designed to bring imagination to life, from mermaid transformations to immersive birthday celebrations and exclusive underwater shows. Each package includes themed costumes, guided activities, a photoshoot, and magical interactions with our mermaids.

Yes! Each package includes entry for one parent or guardian to accompany their child inside the experience area. Additional adults may join subject to availability at an additional admission fee.

Our underwater mermaid shows take place inside the Dubai Aquarium, where our mermaids glide gracefully through the water. Please note that not all packages include access to the mermaid show, so be sure to check the details of your chosen experience or ask our team when booking.
